My room was clean and comfortable but had a slightly laggy TV due to the android box system. That was a minor setback compared to the overall experience. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast and attentive service throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable visit to Hanoi!

We enjoyed 4 nights in a cozy Superior Room with a lovely city view, and the complimentary upgrade was such a nice surprise! The spa here is amazing, with a full body massage and sauna that really helped us unwind after a long day. The room was a bit warm at first, but it cooled off nicely once we got the AC going—definitely pack a light sweater for cooler evenings! 😊
